Anita Renfroe: Keeping It Real (2002)
Overview:
Known by her faithful fans as the "wildest pastor's wife in captivity," Anita Renfroe is a shot of espresso in a decaffeinated world, sharing Christian insights in her trademark zany style. In this showcase of her stand-up comedy, Renfroe's shtick is refreshingly candid, targeting the best -- and worst -- of popular culture, from Martha Stewart to turning the big 4-0. She also pokes fun at pretension with parodies of hit songs.
