Mina is a farmer who makes some of the finest cheese you will ever taste. Through sheer persistence and relentless, round-the-clock work, she has managed to preserve her herd and her farm for more than thirty years. She has weathered the turbulent post-Communist transition, constant bureaucratic pressure, bird flu, and African swine fever.
