Sea Birds ()

Overview:
It's been said that the most valuable thing in old age is old friends. SEA BIRDS is an inspiring story that explores the lives of 25 ladies who swim in the ocean together everyday. No matter how much experience you’ve had at life it can be as unpredictable as the ocean. Pauline and Mina demonstrate that there’s always a hand of friendship that will find you and hold you when you least expect it. Side by side, or bum cheek to bum cheek, the SEA BIRDS have discovered that the cold water is unpleasant, that it’s hard to be pretentious when you’re in the nude and that in the middle of the ocean you just might find the freedom you’re searchin
